Strength & Conditioning Coach – Hybrid Role in Dubai

About the role

Project Reshape is seeking a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach to join its Dubai team. This full‑time hybrid position combines in‑person sessions with online coaching, allowing you to work with a diverse client base ranging from general fitness enthusiasts to high‑performance athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programs.
• Assess client needs, monitor progress, and adjust training plans accordingly.
• Ensure safe exercise technique and provide injury‑prevention guidance.
• Work with clients recovering from injuries and collaborate with other health professionals when required.
• Deliver both on‑site and virtual coaching sessions, maintaining clear communication across platforms.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Sports Science with evidence‑based training knowledge.
• Proven expertise in strength & conditioning for both general and performance‑focused clients.
• Experience in athletic performance enhancement, testing, and monitoring.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, UKSCA, or equivalent).
• Previous coaching experience in gym, sports, or performance settings, preferably with multicultural exposure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients of varying abilities.
• Eligibility to work and relocate to Dubai.
