Structural Engineer (Aluminum/Facade)

About the role

Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and engineering of aluminium and façade systems. The role ensures that curtain walls, glazing, cladding, windows, doors and related support structures are safe, code‑compliant and ready for fabrication and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for aluminium façade elements such as mullions, transoms, brackets, anchors and connection systems.
• Assess design loads including wind, dead, live and thermal movements and verify deflection, stress and stability against applicable codes.
• Prepare calculation reports, engineering submissions and technical documentation for fabrication and shop drawing stages.
• Review architectural and façade drawings, coordinate with BIM modelers, architects and other engineers to resolve design conflicts.
• Provide technical support to the factory during fabrication and to site teams during installation, addressing any structural issues that arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in structural engineering of aluminium and façade systems.
• Proven ability to produce accurate structural calculations and technical reports.
• Strong coordination skills with design, BIM and construction teams.
