Student Caregiver – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are urgently hiring an energetic and reliable Student Caregiver to support a Student of Determination in Khor Fakkan, Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role involves assisting the student throughout the school day while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the assigned student during the school day according to school instructions and guidelines.
• Promote the student’s safety, dignity and appropriate participation.
• Follow instructions from school representatives and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Report any incidents, safety concerns, behavioral issues or injuries immediately.
• Perform any other reasonable duties connected with the project.

Required profile

• Minimum High School certificate or higher qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience providing special‑needs support for children.
• Physically and medically fit to assist with student mobility and safety.
• Exceptionally patient, caring, empathetic and resilient.
• Valid First Aid Certificate and Basic Training Certificate for Students of Determination.

Required skills

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Tagalog.
