Studio Assistant Trainee – Luxury E‑Commerce Studio

About the role

As a Studio Assistant Trainee you will join the Level Shoes E‑Commerce Creative Studio, supporting photographers, stylists and production teams to bring luxury products to life online. You will be involved in product preparation, shoot coordination, image quality checks and digital content upload.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with photographers, stylists, production and stock teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Coordinate daily movement of products across styling, photography and copy sets.
• Organise and prepare products before and after shoots on tabletop and model sets.
• Support sample call‑ins, product returns and resolve product‑related issues.
• Communicate with model agencies, source suitable options and confirm bookings.
• Assist with daily shoot schedules, monitor production progress and flag potential delays.
• Conduct studio site walks and identify imagery or presentation issues.
• Support image quality control and upload approved imagery to internal platforms.
• Maintain studio trackers, shoot schedules, product requests and operational documentation.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Genuine interest in fashion, luxury retail, photography, styling or e‑commerce.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good time‑management ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence working with styling, photography, production, copy and catalogue teams.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with flexibility, curiosity and willingness to learn.
