About the role

Arris Engineering Group is seeking a Studio Manager to lead and supervise day‑to‑day operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing team managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high‑quality standards across the studio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in the designated area while guiding dedicated Team Managers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies focused on process improvement.
• Mentor, motivate and cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and high‑performance culture.
• Plan and oversee projects to ensure successful execution aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across teams, processes, and deliverables.
• Evaluate performance using KPIs and data analysis to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to synchronize efforts and achieve business goals.
• Promote operational efficiency, compliance, and adaptability throughout all initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong decision‑making and leadership abilities.
