About the role

Key responsibilities

• Successfully complete a multi‑layered training cycle to develop expertise aligned with brand expectations.
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready‑to‑Wear and Custom‑Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies to achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations in line with company policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team‑based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for full‑time or part‑time work.
