Suite Butler (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Suite Butler provides personalized guest services at the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, handling all aspects of check‑in, check‑out and room management while delivering a high‑standard hospitality experience. Fluency in Russian is required to serve Russian‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments and late‑check‑out requests.
• Activate, reissue and manage room keys and secure payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to monitor room status and address guest concerns.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, answer guest calls and record requests.
• Run daily reports, contingency lists and credit‑card authorisation reports.
• Provide guests with directions, information and arrange transportation.
• Handle cash, vouchers, guest checks and ensure accurate billing.
• Notify loss prevention/security of any theft reports and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English and Russian.
