Supervisor Civil - Construction

About the role

The Civil Supervisor – Construction will lead and coordinate all civil construction activities on‑site, ensuring that works are carried out safely, efficiently and in full compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil works for process plants, pumping stations, compressor stations, pipeline facilities, utilities, industrial buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements and ADNOC on‑shore standards.
• Manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction teams to meet project schedules and quality targets.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to project specifications, approved drawings and quality control procedures.
• Support timely project completion by reporting progress and addressing any technical issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role on EPC projects.
• Demonstrated experience on ADNOC on‑shore projects.
• Proven experience in construction of process plants, pumping and compressor stations, pipeline facilities, utilities, industrial buildings and infrastructure works.
• Strong background in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction activities.
