Supervisor – Maintenance Planning & Technical Records

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the development, implementation and oversight of short, medium and long‑term maintenance action plans and to manage the aircraft technical library and records. The role ensures cost‑effective forecasting and timely delivery of maintenance events in line with Air Arabia, GCAA and CAMO requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor maintenance strategies and forecasts that support Air Arabia’s base, line, network and customer airlines.
• Partner with line, base, workshop and MCC stakeholders to create detailed maintenance plans, work packages, rosters and material requirements.
• Maintain and control the technical library, ensuring all manuals, certificates and records are updated, published and archived both manually and in system.
• Prepare and archive work packages and job cards for the entire fleet, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
• Provide management reports, support special engineering projects and guide a team of engineers and technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electro‑Mechanical or related field (or higher diploma/certificate).
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in aviation, with at least 5 years in aircraft maintenance planning and technical records control; Airbus A320 experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CAMO, GCAA and EASA regulations and airworthiness programmes.
