Supervisor Receptionist - Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Supervisor Receptionist to join its Spa Operations team. The role covers front desk supervision, guest service, booking coordination and team leadership within the spa.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling and payment processing.
• Coordinate with the Manager, Lead Therapists, Salon Manager and Fitness team on reservations, maintenance and customer service issues.
• Ensure Forbes Five Star standards are met and prepare therapists' commission reports.
• Lead and train receptionists, monitor team performance and give coaching and feedback.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests, and keep the reception area calm and welcoming.
• Manage spa booking systems and coordinate with therapists and attendants to optimise scheduling.
• Monitor front desk supply and retail product inventory, assist with reporting, documentation and daily transaction reconciliation.
• Promote spa services, packages and retail products, support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions, and track guest feedback and sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in spa or hospitality front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in spa booking software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
