Supervisor – Security Operations

About the role

The Supervisor – Security Operations leads day‑to‑day security activities on shift, ensuring that all approved procedures, post orders and emergency protocols are applied consistently across Nishan operations. The role provides operational guidance, monitors compliance, and acts as the first point of coordination during incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites and shifts in line with SOPs and post orders.
• Provide on‑shift supervision and guidance to security officers and contracted personnel.
• Ensure prompt incident response, escalation, and reporting within defined timeframes.
• Serve as the primary operational contact during incidents until escalation to IC&CC and management.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify risks, gaps and non‑compliance.
• Support the preparation, review and implementation of Security Plans and Security Assessments.
• Implement Group Security Action Plans and track execution of assigned actions.
• Organise and participate in security drills, toolbox talks and post‑drill evaluations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date post orders and ensure they are communicated to contracted personnel.
• Participate in audits, inspections and ensure timely close‑out of observations.
• Facilitate proper shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift basis to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Strong attention to confidentiality of security‑related information.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for interaction with IC&CC, operational control and emergency responders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISPS regulations and related security standards.
