Supervisor - Security UAE National

About the role

The Security Supervisor will support the implementation of EGA’s corporate security strategies across the Dubai site. The role ensures that security controls, policies and procedures meet international and local standards while providing a safe environment for employees and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved security policies, processes and procedures within the assigned area.
• Manage day‑to‑day security operations, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Conduct investigations of security incidents, coordinate with relevant agencies, and produce reports with recommendations.
• Plan, organise and deliver security training programmes to raise awareness across the organisation.
• Oversee maintenance, testing and inspection of security protection systems to guarantee operational readiness.
• Perform routine workplace evaluations, advise on security precautions, and recommend corrective actions to meet regulatory requirements.
• Comply with safety, quality and environmental management policies to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Undertake any other related duties as directed.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum education: High School diploma.
• Preferably holds an accreditation or membership with a recognised security association.
