Supply and Logistics Administrator

About the role

Chaumet is looking for a detail‑oriented Supply and Logistics Administrator to support its Middle East regional office. Reporting to the Head of Supply and Logistics – Middle East, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods, maintain accurate data, and coordinate customs processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain logistics data, including shipments, inventory movements, and vendor details.
• Execute system work for inventory tracking, reconciliation, and packaging forecasting.
• Serve as the primary contact for customs follow‑up, preparing documentation and liaising with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Develop and update logistics dashboards and KPI reports, highlighting delivery times, costs, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the Distribution Planner and Logistics Specialist.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Proactive communication skills for interacting with customs authorities and logistics partners.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain environments, preferably within a luxury or high‑value goods context.

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
