Supply Chain and Operations Manager

About the role

The company, a leading cosmetics brand in the UAE, is seeking a Supply Chain and Operations Manager to oversee end‑to‑end order processing, inventory control and logistics across its Italian and US operations. The role will ensure accurate invoicing, tax compliance and seamless coordination with third‑party logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing and sales invoice posting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for all regions.
• Apply correct Italian tax codes and VAT treatment for intra‑EU and extra‑EU transactions in coordination with Finance.
• Coordinate daily operations with third‑party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers and SLA compliance.
• Liaise with 3PL partners, freight forwarders and customs teams on import documentation, Incoterms and duty/VAT treatment.
• Monitor order‑to‑delivery cycle times, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory, sales invoices and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or a related field.
• 5–8 years of supply chain/operations management experience, with exposure to Italian and US markets.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly order management, sales invoicing and inventory control.
• Proven track record managing international 3PL/warehouse operations, customs documentation and tax compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, sales and logistics functions.
