Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC (EEF) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator for its Supply Chain Department in the National Industries Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role coordinates procurement, supplier deliveries, inventory control and logistics to keep material flow efficient. It is a full-time, on-site position; candidates able to join immediately are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and share delivery updates with stakeholders
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers for timely deliveries
• Prepare and maintain shipping, customs and logistics documentation
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help with month-end stock counts and reconciliations
• Analyse supply chain and logistics data and prepare operational reports for management
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory and shipment records and suggest efficiency improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination or inventory management
• Understanding of purchase orders, stock replenishment, supplier coordination and shipment tracking
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures and customs documentation; knowledge of customs regulations is an advantage
• Strong communication, organisation, coordination, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, including inventory tracking and logistics reporting
• Customs documentation handling
