Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator ensures the smooth movement of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. This position coordinates shipments, monitors inventory, maintains accurate records, and supports cross‑functional communication to uphold reliable logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments according to schedules and requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and transportation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and shipping documents.
• Communicate logistics needs with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping documentation, tracking reports, and routine logistics summaries.
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or damaged shipments and arrange resolutions.
• Support warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient product flow.
• Help with logistics planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency and service improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, procurement support, or transportation preferred.
• Understanding of inventory management, shipment coordination, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with practical problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline‑driven environment.
