Supply Chain Manager – Perfume Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a perfume manufacturing company in Ajman. You will be responsible for coordinating procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics and stock availability to ensure seamless product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply chain process for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished perfume products.
• Plan and control inventory levels to guarantee smooth production and product availability.
• Coordinate activities across procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams.
• Monitor production requirements, material availability, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse operations.
• Handle local and international shipments, import/export procedures, and customs documentation.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize stock shortages or delays.
• Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, stock movement analysis, and inventory updates.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, customs procedures, and logistics standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC import, export, customs, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Proven expertise in production planning, demand planning, stock control, supplier coordination, and shipment follow‑up.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
