Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will plan and coordinate product supply across the Middle East and Africa. The role combines demand forecasting, inventory management, trade documentation, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales, inventory and purchase plans by product model, customer and month; review forecasts with sales teams.
• Collect, consolidate and distribute monthly sales, inventory and purchase data; maintain inventory reports with third‑party logistics providers.
• Prepare and verify trade and shipping documents, manage pro‑forma invoices, order sheets and LC requirements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with headquarters and regional hubs; issue shipping instructions, track shipments and payments, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Train colleagues on Letter of Credit processes, identify process improvements and contribute to higher supply‑chain performance.

• Good understanding of international trade, logistics and business practices in the Middle East and Africa.
