Supply Planner

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer in the Middle East with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores, is hiring a Supply Planner. The role defines and optimises supply plans to keep inventory balanced and products available, focusing on capacity planning, vendor collaboration and monitoring planning performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive supply planning and replenishment techniques on stock parameters and share results with the team
• Work with Demand Planners to understand sales forecasts and validate the optimal stock model
• Alert on business-critical supply constraints and propose remedial actions
• Manage supplier KPIs and SLAs, and keep supply data accurate so the replenishment system is fed correctly
• Partner with Group Logistics on transportation, optimising the supply chain and distribution network
• Define processes for inventory returns, transfers and stock depletion and adjust inventory plans accordingly
• Monitor key KPIs such as ISA (in-stock availability), DOI (days of inventory), OTIF (on-time in-full), GM and allocation efficiency

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in a luxury beauty or FMCG business
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field

Required skills

• Proficiency in supply planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder, and some experience with SAP
• Analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors
