Supply Planning Analyst – Dubai

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst will manage forecasting, inventory planning, reporting and operational activities for Brown-Forman’s third‑party warehouses in the region. You will lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure effective supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly consensus forecast with commercial teams and customers, maintaining cloud‑based forecasting tools and integrating data into Kinaxis.
• Validate forecast updates against financial forecasts, category trends and historical performance.
• Lead new product introduction planning, ensuring timelines and cross‑functional alignment.
• Organise and drive monthly IBP alignment meetings, analysing demand shifts, risks and performance gaps.
• Track and report KPI metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Slow‑Moving & Obsolete Goods.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on forecast variances to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Global Supply Planning to optimise inventory levels, identify out‑of‑stock risks and manage excess stock.
• Oversee allocation of high‑demand, limited‑edition and value‑added packs, coordinating with brand and supply teams.
• Manage local rework scheduling, packaging material planning and execute SAP MIGO transactions for inbound shipments and local production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of planning or related business experience, or 4–6 years of combined education and experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning reviews and leading IBP meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to apply standard analytical concepts.
