Supply Planning Analyst

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst will manage forecasting, inventory planning and reporting for Brown‑Forman’s third‑party warehouses in the UAE. Working closely with Global Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service, the role drives Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure efficient regional supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly consensus forecasts with commercial teams and customers, maintaining cloud‑based forecasting tools and integrating data into Kinaxis.
• Validate forecasts against financial targets, category trends and historical performance; lead new product introduction planning.
• Organise and lead monthly IBP alignment meetings, analysing demand shifts, risks and opportunities.
• Track KPI such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Slow‑Moving & Obsolete Goods, performing root‑cause analysis on variances.
• Partner with Global Supply Planning to optimise inventory levels, identify out‑of‑stock risks and manage excess stock.
• Oversee allocation of high‑demand and limited‑edition packs, coordinating with brand and supply teams.
• Manage local rework scheduling, packaging material planning and execute inbound shipment transactions in SAP (MIGO).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand or supply planning, IBP meeting facilitation or related business roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to apply standard analytical concepts.
