Supply Supervisor

About the role

ADNOC Distribution is looking for a Supply Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to support the Department Manager in securing a continuous supply of petroleum products to all Adnoc Distribution depots across the UAE. The role works with the Refined Products Supply Section and Abu Dhabi Refinery (Takreer) to keep deliveries to customers and filling stations uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Receive refined products term contracts from Retail and Corporate Sales, prepare annual estimated requirements with a monthly breakdown, and forward them to the Abu Dhabi Logistics Manager for approval.
• Prepare and circulate a 13-week weekly product requirement programme to the Department Manager, the Logistics Division Manager and the ADNOC Marketing Refined Products and Gas & Special Products Divisions.
• Follow up daily depot stock positions and request daily product supply from the refinery, including pipeline JET-A1 for aviation and tanker supplies.
• Coordinate product availability with the refinery and marketing divisions, check gauging reports and tank certificates, and arrange product receipts at Mussafah and Al Ain depots.
• Handle vessel nominations for Jet A1 lifts to the Sharjah International Airport depot.
• Certify contractor vehicle delivery statements and submit them for approval.
• Assess and prepare PDN/PTN annual requirements, investigate pending shipments, and check monthly stock and movement statements.
• Prepare a monthly comparison of requirements, receipts and depot off-take, and the yearly capital budget for the area.
• Prepare leave schedules and appraisals for Supply Assistants and carry out periodic depot visits and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• 5 years' experience in petroleum terminal operations and product supply.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• PC literacy.
• Ability to work in air-conditioned offices and travel to depots, with minimal physical effort.
