Systems Planning Engineer

About the role

ARENGY is seeking an experienced Systems Planning Engineer to join a leading international engineering and technology organization delivering large‑scale mobility projects in the UAE. The role focuses on planning and scheduling complex technical and electromechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines, produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and perform critical path and schedule impact analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning teams to ensure accurate planning information and support risk assessments and recovery plans.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of extension of time (EOT) claims and schedule‑related contractual submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6–7 years of planning experience on systems or systems‑integration projects such as signalling, telecommunications, SCADA, control, power, automation, or similar electromechanical subsystems.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and solid understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and planning best practices.
