Systems Specialist

About the role

The Systems Specialist will manage and support the company’s Windows, Office 365 and Azure Cloud environments, ensuring they remain secure, reliable and performant. Working closely with internal IT teams and external vendors, you will play a key part in maintaining the hybrid infrastructure that underpins the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Hyper‑V virtualization and Azure infrastructure, including Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor.
• Maintain Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and email security solutions.
• Perform routine updates, patching, backup and disaster‑recovery operations, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across servers, virtual environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Support cloud migration projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in change‑management, service‑level‑agreement monitoring and regulatory compliance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (≈60 months) of experience in Windows and Azure system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and email security.
• Proven ability to work with vendors and cross‑functional IT teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to security and reliability.
