Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Commission‑Based)

About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated individuals to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network.
• Present the Flowmingo platform, explain its benefits and how it integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Facilitate introductions between prospects and the Flowmingo sales team.
• Collect and relay feedback from users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive a bonus when your own organization adopts the solution.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping organisations hire more fairly.

Required skills

• Ability to articulate product value to HR and recruiting audiences.
• Experience using professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
