Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Analyst

About the role

A leading government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Analyst. The position is open to UAE nationals, including fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience, who want to build a career in human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Assist in employee relations initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Handle HR inquiries and employee requests.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on recruitment and employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• UAE national (family book required).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
