About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will head a high‑performing recruiting pod in the United Arab Emirates, combining people leadership with hands‑on hiring expertise. You will drive strategic talent initiatives, coach recruiters, and ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a recruiter pod, setting priorities, productivity targets, and delivering against hiring goals.
• Execute complex and senior‑level searches while guiding the team on sourcing, outreach, and interview processes.
• Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear, actionable plans for the team.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one performance and development meetings.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, stakeholder communication, and candidate experience.
• Identify and address performance challenges in partnership with senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven track record of managing personal recruiting workloads while developing others.
• Deep knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing strategy and senior‑level searches.
