Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, supporting large‑scale projects, specialist hiring and nationalisation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from briefing to offer and mobilisation.
• Lead high‑volume, complex hiring for large‑scale projects aligned with mobilisation timelines.
• Partner with business and project leaders to understand workforce plans and critical hiring needs.
• Proactively source senior, specialist and hard‑to‑find talent through targeted search, market mapping and referrals.
• Support and develop Talent Acquisition team members, prioritising workloads and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience through screening, interviews, assessments and feedback.
• Drive nationalisation goals by identifying and progressing local talent.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment challenges.
• Champion diverse shortlists, internal mobility and inclusive hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and adhere to governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong talent acquisition experience in a complex, fast‑paced, multicultural organisation.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and disciplines.
• Experience managing large‑scale project recruitment and high‑volume specialist hiring.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments (design, project, advisory, transportation).
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of regional talent markets and ability to translate insights into recruitment solutions.
