Talent Acquisition Manager – Individual Contributor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a range of positions, from mid‑level roles to senior leadership. Reporting directly to HR leadership, you will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct executive search and headhunt passive candidates for niche and leadership roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive search and headhunting across multiple functions.
• Strong background recruiting for mid‑level to senior‑level and leadership positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
