Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sharjah, responsible for leading end‑to‑end hiring for Spartans Martial Arts & Fitness. You will partner with management to plan workforce needs, design recruitment strategies and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑life cycle recruitment for coaches, fitness professionals and support staff.
• Conduct workforce planning with senior leaders and identify staffing requirements.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Manage the selection, offer and onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines and relationships with universities, training institutes and recruitment agencies.
• Track recruitment metrics, report on performance and continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Strong hiring and interviewing skills to guide managers through structured, fair decisions.
• Employer branding experience to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Background in talent acquisition or HR, preferably within fitness, sports, hospitality or service‑oriented environments.
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines, work with applicant tracking systems and use data to improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
