Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

About the role

Fanatics Momentum is building the UAE's leading regulated commercial gaming operator and needs a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to keep hiring processes running smoothly. You will own interview scheduling, offers, pre‑boarding, and the systems that power recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern Greenhouse ATS, including configuration, workflows, permissions, data quality and hiring manager adoption.
• Identify, test and roll out AI and automation tools for scheduling, screening, candidate communication and reporting.
• Run interview scheduling across multiple time zones and manage the offer process from letters to signatures.
• Own the end‑to‑end pre‑boarding journey, including background screening, visa and relocation coordination.
• Build and maintain TA reporting dashboards covering pipeline, time‑to‑hire, source of hire, offer acceptance and cost per hire.
• Design, document and continuously improve TA processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, GCGRA and data protection rules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and a detail‑oriented, compliance‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable driving change, influencing adoption of new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Expert user of an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and workflow improvements.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to create dashboards.
• Experience managing background checks, onboarding, visas and relocation in the UAE or GCC.
