Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will be the engine behind Momentum's fast‑growing hiring function, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment process from interview scheduling to a new hire’s first day. You will own the systems, data and processes that enable efficient hiring across product, technology, commercial and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern Greenhouse ATS, including configuration, workflows, permissions and data quality.
• Identify, test and roll out AI and automation tools for scheduling, screening, candidate communication and reporting.
• Manage interview scheduling, offer preparation, contract tracking and feedback collection across multiple time zones.
• Oversee pre‑boarding, background screening, visa and relocation coordination, and ensure accurate HRIS setup for new joiners.
• Build and maintain TA reporting dashboards covering pipeline, time‑to‑hire, source of hire, offer acceptance and cost per hire.
• Design, document and continuously improve TA processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, GCGRA regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations within a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and a detail‑oriented, governance‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a regulated industry and adapting to ambiguity and change.

Required skills

• Expert user of an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Hands‑on experience with AI, automation tools and workflow optimisation.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets and dashboard creation.
• Experience managing background checks, visa processes and onboarding in the UAE or GCC.
