About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team of 360 Recruiters. In this role you will combine relationship building, business development and talent sourcing to drive successful placements and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and client companies.
• Identify, attract and assess top talent across various sectors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from outreach to placement.
• Generate new business opportunities and win contracts.
• Celebrate successful placements and contribute to a positive team culture.
