About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a high‑volume corporate environment and has a proven track record of managing large hiring pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities across assigned business functions and regions, partnering closely with hiring managers to define requirements and workforce planning.
• Source, screen, assess and move high volumes of candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, building robust talent pipelines for the Pakistan market.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques such as market mapping, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals to identify top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage offers and support onboarding while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and data integrity.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline health and provide regular updates and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in high‑volume corporate recruiting, managing multiple requisitions and large applicant volumes.
• Demonstrated expertise in full‑cycle recruiting and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting for the Pakistan market and familiarity with local talent pools and hiring channels.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
