Talent Acquisition Partner – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for NielsenIQ in Sharjah. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and engaging candidates while ensuring a positive experience and aligning hiring needs with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project manager for the full recruitment lifecycle across CEE & MEA markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide market insights and hiring consultancy.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, including brainstorming sessions and use of diverse sourcing tools.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, generate talent insights and present findings to stakeholders.
• Deliver weekly recruitment updates, gather feedback and drive continuous process improvement.
• Promote the employer brand on social media, leverage the EVP and support career‑fair and other branding activities.
• Identify and propose participation in relevant industry events through market research.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non‑technical roles such as sales or analytics.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Excellent attention to detail and data‑management accuracy.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries is a plus.
