Talent Acquisition Specialist - Finance & Accounting

About the role

A Dubai-based international shipping and logistics company serving the route between Europe and Africa is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for mid-to-senior accounting and finance positions, such as Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Chief Accountants, Finance Directors and CFOs. The salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for finance roles, independently sourcing, headhunting, screening and assessing qualified finance professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical finance requirements.
• Maintain strong finance talent pipelines across international markets, with particular emphasis on Africa.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment of finance roles, including at least 1 year of successful independent recruitment in Africa.
• Ability to assess technical accounting, reporting and financial leadership competencies for Finance Managers up to CFO level.
• Fluent spoken English and comfort in a modern, multicultural environment; professional grooming standards and an accepting attitude toward different dress codes and cultural practices.
