About the role

Richkey Properties is seeking a Junior Real Estate Recruiter to support its real‑estate teams in Dubai. The role is execution‑focused, handling sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding for both agent and back‑office positions. You will work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for real‑estate roles, including agents and back‑office positions.
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support offer coordination and onboarding processes.
• Ensure recruitment activities meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate recruitment in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and hiring requirements.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Currently based in Dubai.
