Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a leading multinational holding company expanding rapidly across the UAE and Africa. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become the recruitment engine for our manufacturing, retail, and ship‑chandelling operations in the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle for operational and mid‑management roles across multiple business units.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and local networks.
• Partner directly with General Managers to understand staffing needs and deliver targeted shortlists.
• Ensure a seamless, professional interview and offer process that reflects corporate standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of hands‑on recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Demonstrated experience recruiting across the Middle East and Africa; hiring in Angola or Zambia is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with hiring for industrial, retail, or supply‑chain sectors.
• High energy, organized, and able to manage multiple geographical pipelines simultaneously.
