Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SKM Air Conditioning, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions in our industrial manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent that fuels our growth across the Gulf region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and corporate roles.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and promote SKM as an employer of choice.
• Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and oversee pre‑employment and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry job boards, and professional networks.
• Develop relationships with technical colleges, engineering universities, and trade associations.
• Represent SKM at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering job families.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced, growth‑focused team.
