Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

PMKPMKConsult is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring managers in attracting and securing high‑quality talent across its project‑focused consultancy business. You will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to shortlisting, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and prepare qualified shortlists.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Administrator and HR team to keep recruitment records up to date in the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction consultancy, engineering, or project management.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (Workable preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in headhunting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and partner effectively with hiring managers.
• CIPD qualification or membership is a plus but not mandatory.
