Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JetEx Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across its aviation operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role will partner with hiring managers, source high‑quality candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft market‑relevant job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple departments and international locations.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job portals and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to build pipelines of qualified talent.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and feedback with senior leadership.
• Handle reference checks, salary discussions and offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports and candidate pipelines.
• Support pre‑employment onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within aviation or related industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
