Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

EFS Facilities Services is looking for a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive in Dubai to support its recruitment and workforce needs. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers, department heads, operations teams and local and international recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run recruitment strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals and agencies, and screen and shortlist them
• Prepare and publish recruitment ads, write and update job descriptions, and conduct preliminary assessments and interviews
• Coordinate salary negotiations, issue offer letters and manage the process from offer to joining confirmation
• Maintain a talent pool, collect pre-employment documents and coordinate visa processing with HR and government relations
• Keep the CV database up to date in the ATS and approved recruitment modules, and generate recruitment reports and KPIs
• Support onboarding and stay updated on recruitment trends and labour market dynamics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Preferred: experience in facilities management, engineering, construction or related industries, and in high-volume, operational and project-based recruitment
• Preferred: exposure to coordinating with local and international recruitment agencies

Required skills

• End-to-end recruitment process knowledge and candidate assessment and interviewing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment modules
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws, employment regulations and visa processing
