Talent Acquisition Specialist – UAE

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our UAE operations, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and workforce needs.
• Advertise vacancies across appropriate channels and source candidates via LinkedIn, agencies, job portals, referrals and internal talent pools.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, assessments and selection activities.
• Conduct reference checks and support pre‑employment screening.
• Prepare employment offers and oversee onboarding.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors as required.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures and UAE labour legislation.
• Support Emiratization initiatives, graduate and internship programmes.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs and employer branding activities.
• Prepare periodic recruitment reports and workforce updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including full‑cycle hiring.
• Experience with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering or Industrial sectors is an advantage.
