About the role
The Talent Management & Organisational Development Officer will lead initiatives that shape the company’s talent strategy and organisational design. Reporting to senior HR leadership, this role ensures that structural changes and workforce planning align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all approved organisational structure changes are accurately reflected in HR systems and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct reviews and assessments of organisational and workforce‑related business cases.
- Support performance management processes and HR policy development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive talent management and organisational development programmes.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or a related HR function within a large, reputable organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational design, performance management, HR policy development, and stakeholder management.
