About the role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Researcher to join our global hiring team. Working fully remotely, you will identify and engage top talent across international markets, supporting senior and hard‑to‑fill positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates for senior and niche roles using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and other channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage passive talent through personalized outreach and relationship‑focused communication.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring initiatives.
- Utilise Boolean, X‑Ray and other advanced sourcing techniques to uncover talent pools.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international setting.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative outreach abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (B1+ level).
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in talent discovery.
