Talent Researcher (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Researcher to join our global hiring team. Working fully remotely, you will identify and engage top talent across international markets, supporting senior and hard‑to‑fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for senior and niche roles using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage passive talent through personalized outreach and relationship‑focused communication.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring initiatives.
• Utilise Boolean, X‑Ray and other advanced sourcing techniques to uncover talent pools.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international setting.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with creative outreach abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (B1+ level).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in talent discovery.
