Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst to join our regional finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating tax compliance activities across multiple entities, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring tax compliance activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain tax compliance calendars and ensure filings, payments and reporting deadlines are met.
• Track outstanding deliverables and follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Review tax calculations and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Consolidate compliance updates and key exceptions for management reporting.
• Act as a central point of contact between Dubai head office, regional tax teams and local finance functions.
• Support consistent application of tax processes, policies and reporting standards.
• Maintain organized records of tax returns, payment confirmations and supporting documents.
• Assist auditors, tax authorities and external advisors by coordinating required information.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting or tax compliance.
• Experience in a multinational or multi‑entity environment is advantageous.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial records.
• Exposure to VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax or compliance reporting is beneficial.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
