Tax Manager – Corporate Tax & Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead corporate tax strategy and advisory services. The role involves analysing client structures, recommending tax‑efficient restructurings, and ensuring compliance with UAE tax legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse corporate structures and evaluate alternatives to optimise tax impact.
• Recommend and implement restructuring operations aligned with the new tax regime.
• Conduct impact assessments to uncover tax planning opportunities.
• Identify strategies such as shifting operations to free zones or creating tax‑efficient holding companies.
• Provide customised tax assessments for businesses across various sectors.
• Advise on direct and indirect tax matters, including corporate tax and VAT.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and filing obligations.
• Prepare, review and file tax returns, reports and related documentation.
• Support tax audits and respond to queries from tax authorities.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their business implications.
• Assist with cross‑border tax issues, transfer pricing and structuring.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tax Consultant, Tax Specialist or Tax Manager in the UAE.
• Expert knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations and FTA procedures.
• Strong analytical ability to translate tax legislation into practical advice.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage critical statutory deadlines and protect clients from penalties.

Required skills

• Mastery of FTA e‑services portals.
• Experience with corporate tax filing systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
