Tax Operations Analyst (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Tax Operations Analyst will support KPMG's tax team in Dubai by handling project codes, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. This position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and offers exposure to a range of tax‑related administrative processes within a leading professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update project documentation, including approvals, risk checks, engagement letters, and billing details.
• Generate Job Service Requests (JSRs) and amend project codes as required by the project team.
• Assist with processing departmental, inter‑firm, subcontractor, client, and supplier invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Coordinate with engagement managers to guarantee timely billing of services.
• Support the FP&A Lead in preparing WIP and debtor reports, and follow up on ageing invoices.
• Provide daily assistance to the risk team and help identify and close opportunities.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department or Operations Leads.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven administration experience in a financial services environment.
