Tax Specialist – Global Minimum Tax & Transfer Pricing

About the role

Khazna, a leading wholesale data centre provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Tax Specialist to join its Finance Department. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of the OECD Pillar Two framework, Country‑by‑Country Reporting and international tax matters, including transfer pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Support Pillar Two/Global Minimum Tax calculations by collecting, validating and reconciling entity‑level data, preparing working files and DMTT/QDMTT templates.
• Assist with Country‑by‑Country Reporting, gathering data across jurisdictions, preparing filings and reconciling with financial statements and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Evaluate tax implications of cross‑border transactions, contribute to tax structuring initiatives and monitor tax law developments in the UAE and other jurisdictions.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation, review intercompany transactions and support benchmarking and policy development projects.
• Coordinate timely tax filings, liaise with internal teams and external advisors, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, law or a related field.
• Up to three years of experience in tax, with exposure to Pillar Two, international tax and transfer pricing.
• Strong analytical, numerical and data‑handling skills with high attention to detail.
