Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Specialist to join a leading multinational organization and provide tax support across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. The role involves working closely with subsidiary tax teams, CFOs, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver strategic tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review Corporate Income Tax and Transfer Pricing filings prepared by subsidiary tax teams.
• Reconcile and validate tax‑related accounts, including VAT and Corporate Income Tax.
• Support tax audits, disputes, and related queries.
• Provide tax advisory and guidance to CFOs and local tax teams across MEA.
• Analyze UAE Corporate Income Tax regulations and contribute to internal tax policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Middle East, Africa and CIS countries.
• Travel within the region as needed to resolve tax matters and support subsidiaries.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional experience in tax.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and Transfer Pricing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with multinational and cross‑border teams.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East, Africa and CIS regions.
• Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
